We want you to be completely delighted with your Julie Vos purchase; therefore, we accept returns and exchanges of unworn merchandise in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS or UPS shipping label and download the return packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack Your Jewelry

  Securely place your jewelry in its original suede pouch and gift box, ensuring it is padded well within a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
